The core functionality of most tools on XIZOA HUB is executed directly within your browser (Client-Side Processing). This means:

• No Server Uploads: Files, text inputs, and processing data are generally not transmitted to our servers.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate using our tools.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or hack the technical infrastructure of XIZOA HUB.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or generate excessive traffic to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user inputs and third-party content) are and will remain the exclusive property of XIZOA HUB and its owner, Priyanshu.

• Generated Content: Any output or file generated by you (e.g., resized image, QR code, generated password) is owned by you. We claim no ownership over the content you create.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis. XIZOA HUB makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the tools.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The output from tools (e.g., Password Generator, Speed Test, Link Scanner) should be used at your own risk and verified independently where necessary.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
